Konstruct 0.7

The 0.7 line retires the word "kontract": the theme-driven PaaS surface becomes Platform Themes, with Konduit as the flagship theme. Themes build on the control plane and serve on zone clusters, the platform organization becomes a first-class owner of the control plane, and the self-hosted install is streamlined end to end.
